Throwback to when I had extensions!

I love this visual so much! During your consultation before your service it's so important to talk about what your hair goals are and to be aware of what steps you have to take to get there. Often it's not just a matter of slapping some color or lightener on top of whatever you have. Which is why doing it right takes time and money. I was privileged today. Privileged that the small amount of me time a mom gets they chose to spend with me. I love making people smile. Blunt cut with textured layers cut and styled by me.

This resonates with me so much. I'm always afraid to commit to anything. I always try to keep one foot on the shore so to speak. Sometimes you've just gotta go for it!

UPDATE! Businesses delayed opening last week can open tomorrow.

A little humor to go with this serious time. Sorry everyone I know we all want everything back to normal ASAP but we have to reopen safely. Since I'm 38 weeks pregnant (tomorrow) I am not taking any clients at this time. As soon as I'm able to get back to work I will be in touch.

Well I don't think timing could have been worse to open my salon. My original date to open was April first. But with the shelter in place order we weren't able to work on getting it set up and put together. Now that Salon's are ready to reopen I am due to have this baby in 3 or 4 weeks. I'm super disappointed the way this has turned out. I don't have an exact date to start taking clients again but I will keep you up to date as there's no way of knowing how my recovery will go or what the futer holds. Until then stay safe, I hope to see you soon.
