It's been a couple months, but we are finally able to have Nigiri Sushi Night again! We are now taking reservations for March 26 Thursday, 6pm. Please call 408-647-2258 to reserve your table.... After 7months, we are finally able to re-open dining inside. . As you know, for now, we can only seat at 25% capacity, so please give us a call and make a reservation. As always, please keep your masks on.... We look forward to seeing you soon!

Nigiri Sushi Nights - October 2020 . Thank you to all of our customers for coming out to our outdoor, socially distanced Nigiri Sushi Nights and Kaiseki Nights. We truly appreciate your support. . Due to its popularity, we have schedule 2 more Nigiri Sushi Nights next month:... October 7 (Wed) - limited seats still available October 15 (Thu) - not our usual night, but we wanted to switch it up sometimes If it doesn't get too cold, we may try to add a couple more events. Hopefully, the various governments will allow us to have limited in-door seating before it gets too cold to sit outside.

In addition to fresh fish we breakdown in front of our guests, we also prepare various seafood prior to Nigiri Sushi Night. Hirame Kobu-jime Amaebi Kobu-jime Kobu-jime is a simple process of marinating seafood in kelp - it helps bring out the umami... Shime-saba Makerel marinated in salt, then quickly in vinegar.
