We are excited to announce that Día De Los Muertos Celebration will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. This year Puente is collaborating with As...sociated Student Organization (ASO) to celebrate Día De Los Muertos. The event will include speakers Professor William Hernandez and Delia Renteria that will present on the tradition of Día De Los Muertos. We are asking students, clubs, and programs not just to attend but to also participate in the event. Due to the event being virtual, students can participate in the event in various ways: Creating an altar and showcasing live at the event Speaking about the significance of Día De Los Muertos Presenting a PowerPoint Creating a Día De Los Muertos Video Any relevant ideas a student may have (open mic) ASO will be awarding gift cards to the top presentations that consist of the following categories: informative, creative, and inspirational.
