January has come and gone and we are well on our way into February. With the "Stay at home" order lifted, we are getting a lot of questions about being open. We are currently NOT OPEN for classes. Our county is still in the purple tier, and as such gym and fitness facilities are not allowed to operate indoors except under certain circumstances. We can't meet those circumstances, thus we are closed. We are HOPING for a March reopening!... The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter, but we aren't out yet! Keep on following the guidelines and lets get these numbers down!!

Whelp. We went purple again, which isn't much of a surprise. But, the numbers are worse than we hoped for and thus we will be shutting down. Again. We are open for the remainder of this week, which will conclude our class offerings for the month of November. At this point we don't expect to reopen until February 2021 (at the earliest).... If anything changes, we'll let you know. Till then, stay home, stay safe, and stay awesome. Have a great holiday season!

It is official, we are OPEN! We resumed classes on Monday, November 2nd and are now open for new enrollments. We are operating at 10% capacity, so class availability is at a premium. Hello Everyone, We were mandated to close again this past Monday. Unfortunately we, like many, were scrambling to understand what this meant. We gave it a week for more information to be distributed. Here is what we now know. We will likely be closed for all of July. Our ability to reopen again will be dependent on Stanislaus County being taken off the "Watch List" from the state. From what we understand today (July 17th), the county has 14 days after coming off the "Watch Li...st" before schools can consider to open for in-person teaching. Gyms and fitness centers will likely follow suit a week or so after that. Here is what you should know: * WE ARE NOT COLLECTING FOR TUITION until it is reasonable to do so. * Like before, any tuition paid will remain on account as credit and applied to the first month we reopen, adjusted for the 1 week we were open. Hopefully next time we'll get more than a week of operations. Annual Memberships will be extended based on the length of closure. We are in a hold and wait situation. We did learn that we can run day camps again. However Rachel and I are not comfortable doing so just yet. Numbers are climbing too quickly to risk it right now. If we feel like we can open for camps again, we will announce it via email and Facebook. Once again our phones will not be answered. PLEASE email us at [email protected], message us through Facebook, or send us a message through the parent portal at http://parents.gymstarsmodesto.com. Until we can open the doors again, PLEASE stay home and follow the States guidelines for slowing the spread of the virus. We are all depending on each other to get through this. EDIT/UPDATE: I just spoke to the county. We are basically going back to Phase 1, meaning we have to be shut down for everything, including camps. Sorry everyone...we tried. Hopefully this closure will be a lot shorter than last time! We will do the same thing and credit tuition and annual memberships forward when we can reopen. Thank you for your support and understanding. ~CC Whelp...we have to close down again. The order just came over the airways that Stanislaus county is required to shut down fitness centers (which we are assumed part of). We do not know what this means in the grand scheme of things. We are figuring it out right now. AS OF RIGHT NOW, July 13 @ 1:22p, we are closing for classes tonight and probably for the rest of the week. As I learn more, I will reach out to everyone. Stay safe. We are SO happy to see our gymnasts back in the gym and we love knowing that they are feeling safe and having fun!

We now have touch-less sinks to go with our touch-less soap dispensers!

Hand washing is an important step for returning back to the gym! Please go over proper hand washing with your child before coming back to classes so they are prepared!

We have scrubbed, power-washed, and vacuumed just about every inch of the gym. We have also worked on painting and adjusting our gym to meet the new safety guidelines...and we aren’t done yet! We can’t wait to have you all back in the gym once we have everything ready! Stay tuned!

Reopen Update: Our new estimated reopen date is July 6th. We expect this to be the most accurate estimation, but it is still dependent on many different factors that are still unresolved. We'll keep you posted as we learn more. Stay safe, stay healthy, stay active! ~Chris
