Hritvi got her first stripe on her White Belt on November 27, 2017, when she just turned 5. Her smile, motivation and care for other’s has never changed. She is our Zoom Leader and motivator in our Level 1/2 Classes.... Plus, she has a mean right hook. I was very happy to present her Blue Belt to her this past week. Age 6-17, what more can a Coach ask for? Charlotte, is and has been our greatest group leader from a young age. She has been supportive and beyond. She came up up with ideas and lead groups beyond her age. Then helped us raise more $20,000 to support children with cancer. ... During Shelter in place she decided that her truck could be of more use for other’s than herself. She has since donated her time to help others. It’s official! Level 1 and 2 Class (White belt through blue belt) Monday, Wednesday , Friday @ 3:00-4:00 PM... .... Level 3 and 4 Class( Green through black belt) Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 4 :00PM - 5:00 PM .... All Levels (Strength and Conditioning) Tuesday and Thursday @ 3 PM to 4 PM .... I encourage All Students to attend two classes a week that fit your level, as well as one of the strength and conditioning classes per week. .... ZOOMRATÉ Class Two went great!! With the adjustments we made I think we had a great class. Everyone was very focused and stayed on task. I will be coming out with an updated training schedule based off of level and emailing everyone this weekend. I am so happy to see my students again. ... Thank you again for your support.
