During this time, many parents and teachers have questions about how to speak with children about race, racism, embracing diversity, and explaining the recent protests. On Saturday, June 6th, CNN and Sesame Street are hosting a Town Hall for Kids and Families. It is early for us in California (7:00 a.m.) so, you will want to set your alarm clocks. You can find the details for the Town Hall by going to the link. Additionally, you can submit a question for the Town Hall. https://www.cnn.com//cnn-sesame-street-standin/index.html

Congratulations to Ms. Ady Hernandez and Ms. Marcy Ostrom as the 2019-2020 Masonic Award recipients! For the 48th consecutive year, representatives of the Masonic Lodges in the Glendale area have asked for the opportunity to recognize school district employees for their service to education and the community. The main purpose is for the Masons to honor employees who contribute significantly to the high quality of a school, service, or program. The outstanding employees are s...elected by their peers at their work sites. Please join us, the Glendale Masonic Lodge, and the EEELP community, in congratulating Ms. Ady Hernandez and Ms. Marcy Ostrom!
A message from the Cerritos EEELP Team letting everyone know that they are missed. They have also created a google site to share information with families. Link is in the comments. We miss you too.
