Many screenings and tests can catch diseases before you start having symptoms. Call your doctor and schedule your annual checkup.
When should you go to the ER and when should you use Urgent Care? There are occasions when unforeseen medical problems occur while your physician’s office is closed. Illnesses that cannot wait until the next business day, but do not require the full services of a hospital or emergency room, are best treated at an Urgent Care. Avoid unforeseen expense, long wait times, and contact with contagious disease. Know when to go to Urgent Care instead of the emergency room.
