With the new model, we are able to bake A LOT more sourdough. Wednesday - Sunday we stock Rosemary, Whole Wheat, Multigrain & Traditional along with our daily flavor. ... (closed Monday - Tuesday) Thursdays are Rye days.... :) Focaccia, Baguettes & Ciabatta arrive around 11:00 as well... Bagels, Coffee Cakes, Doughknots and more will be waiting for you... Also, we have started taking pre-orders for Thanksgiving items, so check out the menu below for details. Stuffing bags are stocked and ready to take home as well.

Hello all... We are now accepting pre-orders for Thanksgiving week and day. We will be open on Turkey day for pick ups and pre-orders from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. We will not be offering our full menu or table service on Thanksgiving. ... Wednesday 11.25 & Friday 11.27 we will be open for normal hours. For those who are still a bit confused about what's going on.... ALL baked goods are available at The Spoon Trade restaurant along with all of their American food specialties. Come on down to the corner of 3rd n Grand Wednesday - Sunday to check it out. We serve brunch, lunch & early dinner items continuously from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.... We now have Rosemary, Whole Wheat & Traditional Sourdough available on all days we are open. We also have a 4th flavor that rotates daily... Thursday is RYE! Deep Dish Pizza can be pre-ordered Wednesday - Sunday for pick up between 4-6 and we have slices in our cold case daily. Starting August 15th, both Grover Beach Sourdough & The Spoon Trade’s offerings will be available under one roof. (295 West Grand Ave) ... Restrictions due to the Pandemic have pushed us to rethink our model and redesign our layout. We are taking steps to become more accessible to our community and more sustainable for our businesses and team members. All baked goods will be available for sale at 295 west grand ave after 8.13.20. The bakery will continue to bake all items for TST and become a place to buy baking supplies, such as flour, yeast and other thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
