#DidYouKnow: Central Coast Community Energy (3CE) will be the primary electricity provider for the City of #GroverBeach beginning in January 2021. Please note that PG&E will continue to deliver electricity and provide one monthly bill that includes updated energy generation charges from 3CE. 3CE is hosting webinars and virtual office hours for new residential and commercial customers enrolling in January. We know these are difficult times for our local businesses and the #GroverBeach City Council has approved an allocation of $500,000 for a third round of business assistance grants. Due to rising #COVID cases and the Southern California region ICU capacity falling below 15% Friday evening, #GroverBeach residents should prepare for the State’s Regional Stay Home Order to take effect tomorrow (12/6) at 11:59pm. The State’s order will, unfortunately, result in the closure of various sectors, like hair salons, and require additional modifications for sectors allowed to remain open, such as retail. As part of these efforts, on Monday (12/7) a proposal for an additional business grant assistance program will be brought to City Council for consideration.
