If you need me I'm probably working away at my desk (home office). 916-412-3313! Buying homes doesn't take days off!

JCBC had a nice little cruise on the east side today, and before I knew it we were at the office! Kind of blew my mind when we came around that corner and realized where I was!!! So I told everyone to stop and we took a pic. First time I been here in a couple months.

Though we may be spending more time at home than anticipated, the right attitude can still make it feel like a luxury! How are you making the most of your time at home? #socialdistance #thehelpfulLO #loanexpert #realestate #loanofficer #inthistogether #bettertogether #stayhome #mortgage

Been getting calls and text all morning about this. And I don't mind at all, in fact I want you to keep calling (instead of getting the misinformation that is out there) so I can make sure you have the best information!!! But to make it short and sweet (pun intended)...

Let's look at the data. There's nothing to support a real estate market crash, in America and especially in our area, but I keep hearing people say they don't want to buy because they're hearing about a crash on the news or from friends... Sadly, for them anyways, they're just costing themselves money; when the market doesn't crash, their rent keeps going up, and when they do finally pull the trigger they end up paying more for the house they buy (or end up buying lesser of a house than they could today for the same money).
