Weekly Roundup: Thyroid Eye Disease Edition Hey people! We covered a bunch of interesting stuff this week prompted by my own issues that forced me to focus this subject matter. One thing you can always depend on with me, I’ll be honest with you when I go through challenges too.... I can’t speak for others who seem to have magically eradicated their Hashimoto’s once and for all. My experience is that I am much better than I once was, but I continue to have the occasional challenge. And this week was no exception. I’m pretty sure what led to a flare up in eye issues for me was exposure to gluten. I’m usually really careful nd vigilant, but I let my guard down and paid for it. I share about my experience in this post and describe all the symptoms. As always, I also provide you with some actionable information on what to do about it. This is very effective for treating eye issues. You can use it in a compress or drink the tea. I did both.
