No class tonight, sorry to do this but I am not feeling well enough to teach. Not sure about tomorrow but I am hoping to be able to breathe a little better so I can teach.

Haven't posted on here in a couple of weeks so sorry about that. Class is canceled for tonight as my son has a baseball game. Class will be held on Thursday. As always Thank you to my regulars and I hope we can try to get some new faces!

Tonight's Class is usually a Butts and Guts class but we will be doing Piyo instead for just tonight! See you there at 6. . . don't forget your mats!
