The grant can be used for rent/utilities, payroll, PPE, and other businesses services to increase capacity to carry out business activities. 2. Large Business Personal Protection Equipment (more than 5 employees). The grant must used to reimburse the purchase of supplies of PPE required for business operation. Applications open 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 17 on the City's website.
