She is doing great and she has a family that absolutely adores her and is very aware of what it means to care for a pup who sometimes gets in over her tail (we hope never again though!). Hi Everyone Meet Jane. She was one of our rescue pups. Last week Jane underwent a surgery to save her life. She is back with us and on the road to recovery. Suns out Tongues out! Summer is here! Did you get a new pup during this down time? We want to meet them! Call us to set up a time. We are starting to see an increase in summer boarding stays, including 4th of July reservations. If you have Holiday plans or other summer travel adventures Now is the time to book your dog’s spot. While we have begun to see an uptick in boarding reservation, we are still very much in need of your support. The dogs that have been coming are certainly living their best life! It has been balls, bubbles, and pool palooza here. We know everyone must be feeling that cabin fever... So, head to the beach! Let us do what we do best and take care of your pup. We will get those wiggles out, and let's be honest, don't you think they have had enough of you already

It was a crazy tumultuous week for humans. Normally at Grateful Dogs we like to remain neutral, however there is no neutral in racism. We are a company of inclusivity. We have an amazing team of people who come from varying backgrounds, preferences, and beliefs. We support them all. They are all our family, and we love them! This incredible group comes together every day and night to care for ALL of the dogs. Unfortunately when some of our staff leave the facility each ...day, they are not all treated equally. For this reason alone we can not stay neutral right now. At Grateful Dogs, our mission statement is to care for the dogs as though they were our own. Hi everyone! As the world begins to re open we got to see a few whiskers and tails we haven't seen in a while. It was wonderful to see them and they were so happy to be back. How we have missed you all. 4th of July reservations are starting to trickle in. If you are starting to think about travel for the summer now is the time to book. Here are some pics from the week.

Dear Grateful Dogs Clients, We wanted to share our progress and update everyone. With the help of the PPP we have begun bringing back some of our key staff members and have been dedicating time each day to further our staff’s education as it relates to caring for your pups. We are so excited about this training; it will take several weeks to complete. Each day is dedicated to topics such as CPR, communications, and behavior management. Our amazing handy man William has also... been renovating and repairing the daycare so when we return to using all the areas everything is fresh, clean, and new! Our daycare numbers have slowly started to rise, and this weekend we have 17 dogs boarding! To us this is a giant success. Our first weekend with double digits. Not the Memorial Weekend we are used to, but we will take it :) For those of you who use our grooming services Christen has returned! We have a list going of clients who need cuts and she is calling to schedule everyone. if you are interested please call our main line.
