Today is for our heroes. Your selflessness and bravery have protected this country. For that, we thank you. Granite Mountain will be closed today in honor of Veterans Day.

Dear Trailblazer family, Thank you for your continued patience while we gather the facts and navigate through these times. As a result of the passage of SB 98, our board has approved a temporary reduction in school capacity enrollment to 3250. We are happy to share that students already offered a spot, and who have completed their application within the allotted 10-day deadline, will not lose their space. However, spots that emerge from student withdrawals will not be filled ...from the waitlist until enrollment is down to 3250. Siblings will be offered a space through July 16th, 2020, after which there will be a pause on guaranteed enrollment for siblings. This means that a sibling’s application must be completed, including necessary documents, by July 16th, 2020. Upon completion of enrollment, families will have 5 days to sign the Master Agreement from the day sent by their teacher. In addition to sending this letter and phone call, our staff will make two contact attempts. Unfortunately, this deadline is not flexible. All currently enrolled families who have received a Master Agreement will also be subject to the 5-day deadline from delivery of the Master Agreement. As a courtesy, if your Master Agreement was sent during the window of July 6th through the 9th, you will have through July 16th to sign. Again, this deadline is not flexible, and if you are unable to meet the deadline, your student will not be enrolled. We have received many calls and emails regarding SB 98, its potential impact on our school, and our plans to respond. Please know that we are closely monitoring this bill that is likely to hit the Governor’s desk very soon. Once we know the full extent of the outcome, we will work with all of our stakeholders to devise a plan of response.
