Hi Gang! A family member is having a surgical procedure next week. It's just fine, no worries, it's simple and common but I want to be around for them in case I'm needed. I’ve got something pretty special for you collectors, especially those that like unique parlor props. Run Dragon Run and Run Doggy Run New, number ONE and signed by the artist. Run Rabbit Run has been a kid’s show classic since its inception many years ago. In 1993 the Hampton Ridge magic company produced a run of hand-made, wooden versions of this classic trick. A fond farewell. Heraclitus said, Change is the only constant in life and truer words are rarely spoken. Two decades ago, if a merchant owned their building, their inventory and their equipment they were doing well. Today, they are slowly dissolving.... The new retail paradigm is simple and direct. A brick ‘n mortar retail business that sells products that can be shipped to the home cannot survive and a consumer who doesn’t choose the best price and fastest delivery isn’t doing their math. This isn’t a good thing or a bad thing but it is a thing, a change, and we need to change with it. We, the Johnson Family, the Grand Illusions Gang, are so very grateful for the thirty-two years of laughter, friendship and magic that we’ve shared.
