As you can see, it is a long bone, going in about a foot long. For these two, the combined weight was 3.470 lbs and I devoured every single pound ... You can’t have Korean BBQ without some delicious banchan - there’s cheese corn, cucumbers, and kimchi to name a few. Korean BBQ is great with salt and sauces, which you can also see here.
