Bolt broke off 1 deep in this casting. Worked with Doug using the our Affordable Alloys Super Weld 3/16 ran it at 160 amps All the metal you from the threads to the nut is weld metal.

Hardfacing using many different processes, from hot spray, stick electrodes and flux cored wire. Alloys from Tungsten carbide to complex Carbide’s. Bottom line is making parts last longer, saving time and money.
