The Second Sunday of Easter, Jesus appears to His disciples the evening of His Resurrection; they are at first fearful but quickly become overjoyed to see their Lord. Thomas is not with them, so 8 days later Jesus appears again. "God of Second Chances." Acts 4: 32-35 1 John 1: 1-2:2 John 20: 19-31... Grace is planning on both a LIVE broadcast on Facebook as well as gathering physically outdoors this Sunday, rain permitting. Please join us as you are most comfortable. FACEBOOK LIVE, you will find us on the "Grace Lutheran Church Cloverdale CA" page at 10AM. We go live about 10 minutes before the start of the service. OUTDOOR IN PERSON GATHERING on the church lawn; seating is socially distanced marked off for family groups, masks worn, single use bulletins available and a no touch offering in place. This setting provides plenty of FRESH AIR. Restrooms will be open but we are urging all to GO before you come up the hill as to minimalize exposure. How to PREPARE if weather allows us to gather Sunday: Each needs to self-check at home the morning of the service; a fever , cough, sore throat or any other symptoms of C-19 we would ask you to remain home and join us LIVE On-Line instead. Likewise if you have been exposed to anyone who has C-19 or is suspected of contracting it, please join us ON-LINE. We ask each to supply his/her own mask, and lawn/yard chair(s). Seating will be by family with distance between different family units. Jackets, umbrellas, blankets, water bottles, hot coffee or Coco are all recommended as we hit winter here in Sonoma County. The out door gathering will NOT take place if it rains. Single use bulletins will be available but a copy of the bulletin will also be e-mailed to you along with this week’s worship resources in the event you would prefer to print your own at home and bring along with you.
