We are still fully operational, we are having to work between the office and remotely, due to this quarantine, that I personally don’t agree with, but nevertheless we have systems in place to accommodate our clients. Be patient while we get through this. Remotely working these sort of issues isn’t as always as easy as if my seem. We take a lot of care with clients records and endure their confidentiality, which requires certain levels of security. Which we have to ensure stays in place. So it’s not as easy as some may think. Not too long ago we were able to assist in a tax case that was at first seems like an impossible case and even the revenue officers had to ask our EA (Enrolled Agent) extremely seasoned with protests, appeals and ultimately amendments. Got the original debt of $500k down to $75k and got a loan from their own real estate equity and got the approval from the lender to get an excess of 1/4 of a million. Unbelievable yet astonishingly obtainable! We have not found our selves in a position where we have or could’ve lost a case!

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and are bound by very strict regulations concerning such information. We welcome clients to share their stories but highly advise against sharing any information whatsoever other than dollar amounts.
