"Exceptional service, "on time" not like Amerigas who I was a customer with for 2 years and I called several times and made appointments all to be told they were unsure when they would be able to come. Each phone call with Amerigas was an hour and thirty minutes each just to get a hold of someone. The conversations lasted about 5 minutes when I had someone on the phone. As for Sierra Propane. I waited approx. 2 minutes to talk with someone and only a few more minutes to set up the details! Great Job to the technician who came to my residence from Sierra you were extremely professional and appreciate your awesome attitude!"

Thank you so much, Mag! "I would give Sierra Propane and the sales manager Steve a 10 STARS rating if there is one. We recently moved to Mariposa county and continue the propane gas service with Amerigas from the previous owner. I signed up the auto-delivery service but gas was completely run out (no alert and no auto-delivery from Amerigas) so we were out with hot water and no heat. Each time I called them and had to put on hold for 50 mins; we were out of gas on 1/09 and as... of today 1/20, NO ONE called us to schedule for the delivery still. HORRIBLE & UNACCEPTABLE. We would've freeze to death if our life depend on them. Our neighbor referred us to Sierra Propane, I went to their website for a price quote; Steve immediately texted me back and then followed by an initiative call. Steve is so friendly, sweet and nice. He kept us inform throughout the entire process with calls, texts and email. He knew that we were completely ran out of gas and its cold, him and his district manager Benjamin went behind their schedule to setup the propane tank and deliver the gas to us on MLK holiday.
