#gordos was extremely honored to have catered @bonafidesavage and @westoncage to celebrate another huge milestone. Their private event was absolutely perfect! We catered for their wedding a while back. The Iceman @chuckliddell had a chance to try our world famous 1 of a kind tacos. He was super friendly. Everyone was raving about them and we loved it. Weston Coppola Cage and Chuck Lidell just came out in a movie together V-day. Both are very skilled actors and martial artists. I consider Weston and Hila great friends for allowing me to celebrate with them. Their the absolute best and congratulations you guys! Please read So this pandemic has totally decimated my catering business. It's hard to find work when you've been working for yourself most of your life. Things were great. We had major accounts in Hollywood, the corporate world and big family parties. We had events lined up for months. I was forced to refund thousands of dollars to my customers for their deposits. I had no choice because I've worked so hard to build this company. So in order to keep feeding my family and kee...p paying my bills I had no choice but to set up a pop up taco shop on the street. So 5 months later and many attempts from other taco stands and restaurants to try to shut us down they finally succeeded. They called the police and they threatened to finally fine us and to take away all our equipment. I'm heartbroken and stressed out from this but I won't let it stop me from doing what I love and to keep feeding my family. I'm not the type to ask for handouts or help. The only thing I ask is to support your local business and for God to help those that ratted us out. I can't seek vengeance or be mad at the police because their only doing their jobs and I totally respect that. They were very nice. Anyways we'll be doing food delivery starting Wednesday next week. This is our menu. We'll be posting up our canopy at our location @latiendita liquor store in covina tomorrow till Sunday to pass out fliers and to let our incredible loyal customers and any new ones to keep supporting us in our next venture.
