This is far from a great goblet squat.. how’s that for a positive Instagram opener? It’s not bad this, and I’m posting it to show that getting things done doesn’t always need to be exact, or pretty, but it takes effort and work to get there. I did not wake up today to waltz Into a gym and squat the heaviest dbell in the place.. I’ve been working toward it. And, In someways, this could be seen as a failure, since I’m supposed to squat it 20 reps, for 3 sets. I know tha...t ain’t gonna happen today. And that’s ok. But that doesn’t mean I’m skipping it. And typically I’d drop the weight to execute the reps.. but lately? I’m doing different. So today, I met the mark, and came up short on reps, but felt all the pressure I needed to know what it takes for future. Since I know what I do today forms my future.. I get to choose . Free will is the greatest blessing and curse wrapped I to one ever bestowed upon the human race. This week has been testing many of us to the max with distance learning in full swing.. and air quality skyrocketing.. we find ourselves shut-In once again.. .. Here is a fun a super challenging burpee variations workout to get you sweating good with maximum. Efficiency in space and no equipment! Add your fave core move between each exercise demo above. ... Perform the circuit twice through, doing just one sided transverse lunges for the last e er use in round 1 and the other side in round 2... Do 8-10 reps of each... If you cannot make it up to 8 in the pushups ladder (it’s a lot!) then try 5 or failure.. Rest 1-2 mins between rounds. Tuck in the pelvis, Suck in the belly, Blow as much air out as possible, Press your entire spine to the floor, Then open the rib cage and suck in the belly more.. Tick the chin slightly to elongate and open the spine more.. hold this position a long as you can then restart.
