Well folks, Marc Scatena is at it again with some grilled New York strips and some ruffage as a chaser! Nice!
Check out Mike Devine, he's doing up some Texas style spares on his offset. This guy knows how to get it done!
Chyrill Sandrini was getting it on with her Blackstone flat top and dutch oven last night. Tell me this don't make you hungry! Awesome work Chyrill!

Proud of my daughter in-law, she has earned the name Griswold. Good job Viv.
My buddy Martin Skiby whipped up a pretty nice looking Tri-Tip. I'd like to get me some of that! Nice work Skibbers!
Here's the latest video where I respond to some comments and requests that I have received in regard to cast iron cooking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfL1OPhf0gs&t=732s
Ya'll gotta check this out. My buddy Gabriel Granados cooked up a Central Valley style Tri-Tip following the Go Outside And Cook video, then as always recommended, he added his own love into the cook. Take a look at these images and tell me he didn't nail it! Awesome job Gabe! Give the man a thumbs up! I love it when you folks share these pics with me!
Ed ain't no sissy! Love it!
I want one of these! https://ifunny.co/video/sPQ1jiHB7
Check it out ya'll, my daughter in-law, Vivian Griswold has been working out on the pit and perfecting her Tri-Tip. I think she's got it nailed. What do you think?
Mike Devine is out cooking up some baby backs today, what are you cooking? He's cooking up some cowboy coffee on his home made stick stove too. Reminds me of when I was a kid, I used to make stoves and grills out of coffee cans and coat hangers and grill on them! I often say, give me a coat hanger and a coffee can and I'll cook on it. Love it Mike!
