First up is Area 51, a Colombian pink bourbon using an experimental processing technique involving anaerobic in-cherry barrel fermentation. The result is one of our favorite coffees of 2020 full of fruit juice flavor notes with a sweet chocolate finish ... . Next up is the second coffee we’ve seen this year from Las Lajas in Costa Rica. They’re back with a new experimental Yellow Diamond honey processed coffee, producing a sweet-forward cup with notes of fresh mango and cane sugar. . On shelves now! See more
