Storytime! This boat wasn’t always named the Stargazer. Built in 1993 on Vancouver Island, Canada, the original name was Serenissima. She took cruises on Lake Carolyn in Irving for many years with her original canopy until a north Texas tornado ripped the top right off in late 2019. Gondola Adventures didn’t have the original plans to remake the canopy, so instead, they renamed her Stargazer and covered her bare frame with beautiful roses. We change these roses out with... different colored flowers every year or so, and this is one of our most popular boat upgrades in our Texas location!
