Statistically and factually incorrect. Something like 99% of Asylum seekers show up for their court hearings... and no one is tested for IQ, but maybe it should be a required test for presidential candidates? - IQ test - submit tax filings for scrutiny (immigrants are required to provide extensive financial information in order to apply for status in the US) - provide evidence of good moral character (immigrants are required to do so in order to obtain status in the US)

TPS, DACA/ Dreamers, Asylum seekers, H1B, any and all immigrants and their families.

In order to feel the human toll of this story, you have to begin with just one premise. These parents love their children as much as you love yours. If you can understand that, accept it, and embrace that feeling in your heart, then you can imagine how bad your life would have to be in order for you to make a choice to travel thousands of miles through organized crime hot spots in an effort to provide your children with the mere possibility of a different life, because even ...the worst life in America would be better than the best life somewhere else. You'd have to understand the gut wrenching decision to hand your child off to an American Border Patrol officer because of what that officer and what that place, America, means to a desperate person. It is a place of hope, a place of fairness, a place of justice. We have failed these parents. You and me and everyone across the country who didn't do more to stop this horrendous policy. How many of these parents were deported back to the country they fled and were killed, as they feared when they surrendered themselves and their children at the US/ Mexico border? How many of these families will never be reunited? How many of these children may themselves be deported back to an unknown place to them with no parents to receive them? We cannot let this happen. We must vote in an administration with human empathy at its core. I promise you, that is not the Trump Administration.

Please vote!! If Trump is re-elected this will be standard operating procedure for this administration. Their cruelty knows no bounds.

The reports of forced sterilization, when viewed alongside current immigration policies including the separation of immigrant children from their families, the ...use of ICE raids to invoke fear, and the systematic attempt to deprive immigrant families of benefits and social support, indicate a concerted effort to destroy immigrant communities and particularly those of color. As advocates continue to challenge the various injustices perpetrated by the immigration system in the United States, the reports of forced sterilization are further proof that the current detention system in this country is ripe for abolition.
