Proud of this guy! Got to caddy for him the past two days out at The Memorial Tournament. He shot 72-72 and made the cut to try and go super low tomorrow. I’ve gotten to train him on and off for the past two years and it’s been pleasure watching him grow! Nice work JT! Go low!

Given the current circumstances with Covid-19, I have chosen to close Golf Fitness Solutions physical location for the next couple of weeks or until directed to do otherwise. In the meantime, we will be serving many of our clients using FaceTime and Skype. It's very hard to believe that this is reality!... If you find yourself stuck at home for the unforeseen future and your gym is shutdown, please comment below. We'll be posting a stretching routine and a small workout routine that can be done at home to keep you going. As always, thank you to my friends, family and clients! Stay Safe! Adam

Working with one of our college students on his pelvic tilt. Surprisingly one of the most important moves in the golf swing. Especially for all of you golfers out there that struggle to keep your head down or struggle with the dreaded shanks.... For the record he’s a +3 handicap.

Here’s a little follow up from yesterday’s challenge. If you tried the one legged bridge yesterday and found that you were unable to hold the position for 10 seconds, then this should help. I’ll caution you to be careful if you have any preexisting injuries that could be flared up.... If you’re comfortable however, this is a great way to isolate your glutes/butt. I’ve added a photo at the bottom and top of the movement. 1. Start with a neutral pelvis, not too much arch in the lower back, not too flat. 2. Drive your palms into the ground and try to squeeze your butt. 3. Lift your hips up, try to create as close to a straight line between your knees and shoulders. If you’re feeling any pain while doing this, please stop immediately. If not, I would recommend doing 3 sets of 15 every other day. This is a great way to improve posture, help low back pain and improve your balance and stability. Rock on and get those glutes firing.

Alright! So I’ve got a little challenge for you this morning... Let’s see if your butt works! 1. Try laying down flat on your back with your knees bent and your... arms above your chest. 2. Extend your left leg, keep your upper legs parallel to each other. 3. Try to lift hips up off the ground to the point where you draw a straight line from your right knee to your right shoulder. Hold it for 10 seconds. 4. Did your hamstring cramp? (The hamstring is the muscle complex on the back of your leg between the knee and the butt) Let me know
