Join Alice Lousen from the UCSB Student Association of Dance for a four-part series of virtual classes for all ages that will explore the relationships between dance and the environment. Adults, children and teens will be guided through a variety of meditative movements inspired by the four natural elements of earth, air, water and fire. Alice will use improvisation-based dance techniques to lead exercises that are perfect for all skill levels.
