Today pet grooming was added to the list of essential businesses and we are allowed to reopen! Yay! We will be opening back up on Monday the 27th for the appointments that are currently booked. Not all of our employees are available to start immediately. We have some precautions we are going to put into affect. If you have a mask please wear it. We will be having you take all collars, leashes, harnesses, etc. home with you. Please social distance, only one client in the shop ...at a time. If you see someone dropping off or picking up please wait outside until they exit. We will be calling you the night before your appointment to verify you have one and the time. We are picking up the appointments where we left off with the clients who were scheduled on April 6th. Due to the Shelter-at-home not being lifted after 2 weeks like we had hoped, we are required to remain closed until the shelter-at-home is over. We do not know when that will be, so for now we are pressing pause on all appointments. We are not making or rescheduling any appointments until we know when we are allowed to reopen. When we do open again we will start with those who currently have an appointment scheduled for Monday April 6th and go from there. Once we are allowed ...to reopen we will call everyone the day before to confirm they have an appointment the following day. We apologize to everyone we already had to reschedule. We are just as disappointed as all of you that we are not able to see your fur babies at this time. They mean a lot to us just as they do to you, but everyone's health and well-being, and following the county rules that have been put in place are very important. Due to the high number of client appointments we have scheduled in the next 4 weeks+ we are not able to call everyone about this matter, and us not reopening at this time.
