Today is Go with the Flow Yoga’s 17th birthday. She is now just a 1/4 of what she once was. Not sure to celebrate or morn. Blood , sweat and tears.

Go with the Flow Yoga has to announce with a heavy heart we have to abolish the Yoga side of the studio. With 6 months of closure, landlord accuring rents and an unforeseen amount of time before we can have group classes. I had to make the very hard decision to move out of the southside (Yoga room). We will continue our few online classes as long as we have participation. We will be operating on just the Pilates side once we are allowed to re-open. I thank all of our students... and instructors that have supported Go with the Flow Yoga for the past 17 years .
