The website is back up. The api service should be back up as well. Please report any issues. We'll post an update shortly with some additional details.

Tonight we received some information from the AWS support team which should help us get the service restored. We are still working on it and apologize for such a lengthy outage.

We are still experiencing an outage today. Amazon Elastic Beanstalk was claiming that our service was up and running fine but we couldn't retrieve any logs or connect. Re-deploys continued to provide the same experience. Our identical sandbox environment remained running, so this did not appear to be an issue with our system. While experimenting to resolve this issue, we took down and could not restore our production environment on Amazon EB. We are working with their support to bring the service back up. We do not have an ETA on restoration. This is not the first time we've had an outage due to Amazon EB, so we will explore other platform options in the future.

We are having an outage impacting www.gloebit.com and our api services. We are investigating.

Which version of OpenSim do you use? Some changes in 0.9.2 make it challenging to support prior versions without forking our codebase. So, we'd like to hear from our customers. Are you using 0.9.2 (includes DreamGrid 3.7) or are you still using a 0.9.1 or prior version of OpenSim (includes latest Diva distro)? If you are using a prior version, will the old DLLs that we have up suffice, or do you need to be able to pull from our repo and build?
