Take a look: Coming off a record month in December it's been interesting to see how January shaped up for our business. In the real estate industry, we shoot for "digging a shallow hole" in Q1 with a plan to YTD profitability in Q2, ride the selling market in Q3, and then managing Q4... to prep for the next year. This January exceeded expectations and inventory month over month is already climbing (this is normal) in all areas in southern California. They notify the licensees that they are under investigation, or subject to a citation or other disciplinary action, and must pay DRE to clear their license. They will demand that you wire them money.
