Sharing from Tristan ... a bit long. What I’ve Been Thinking About: What we need to mentally thrive and grow. I’ve been thinking about this over the last week and developing thoughts on what the essential ingredients are. So far I’ve come up with 4 key items and are: Inspiration, Direction, Awareness, and Action. We need the inspiration to get going in the morning, something that drives us. We need direction to make sure that we hit on the right priorities in our life for g...rowth. We need awareness to be cognizant of the right steps needed in the right order along with awareness of our emotions and other people's emotions. Finally, we need to take action daily so that we can accomplish our desired outcomes, no matter how small the action steps are. That’s all I have so far, but let’s see where this ends up. FHFA extends forbearance period to 15 months Entity also pushes out single-family foreclosure and eviction moratorium to March 31, 2021 The FHFA had previously extended its multifamily forbearance policies in December, also pushing out options for multifamily mortgages backed by the GSE’s to March 31, 2021. Alongside its forbearance announcement the FHFA also released that the Enterprises are extending the moratoriums on single-family foreclosures and real estate owned (REO) ...evictions until March 31, 2021 one month past the previous deadline set for Feb. 28, 2021. FHFA’s Director Mark Calabria said the company’s recent actions are to help keep families in their home during the pandemic.
