Meet your new cellmate. Stone Cell was fermented and aged in oak vessels, then conditioned on California-grown Bartlett and Asian Pears. This bright, juicy, and tart mixed-fermentation ale's subtle perfume of ripe pears is matched with just enough earthy funk to remind you where it came from and where we will all return. Stone cells give pear flesh its characteristic grit, but the term also calls to mind the cold cruelty of a prison. A particularly nefarious form of prison architecture known as the panopticon has become a common metaphor for internalized discipline, repression, and pervasive surveillance. We encourage you to enjoy Stone Cell shamelessly because no one is actually watching.

Doomed West Coast Pilsner is the refreshing respite at the end of yet another long week within our planet's charred carcass. This 5.6% ABV lager is hopped with Southern Hemisphere heavy hitters Riwaka & Nelson. Doomed is light and clean, with gentle notes of citrus, white grapes, and berries to bring your brain back to a quiet smolder.

Misanthrope Hazy IPA is for all those who kinda liked quarantine. Misanthrope soothes the enervation of having to suffer fools with a 7.2% ABV and a fruity cornucopia of Mosaic, Simcoe, Enigma, Motueka, and Idaho 7. Renounce humanity, and embrace the far superior company of extroverted Pineapples, Kumquats, and Mangos.

Malt Thrower Barrel-Aged Rye Wine has been unleashed; prepare to be laid to waste. Malt Thrower is a spicy, bourbon-soaked 13% ABV world eater. This profane creation is marked by scars of toffee, dried plums, raisins, cherries, marshmallows, and chocolate. Glory Beckons, do you have the guts?

Wasted's cruel intentions are crystal clear. This 8.4% ABV West Coast Double IPA's Citra and Mosaic cryo hops cut so clean you might not even realize you're bleeding. Wasted's dank, well-honed facets of Tangerines, Honeydew, Berries, and Pine, are remarkably smooth and refreshing for a beer with its brut strength. Have you ever had a filling ripped out by a beer? Drinking Dejected Imperial Stout comes with certain... associated risks. This 11% ABV sticky buddy is slathered in Caramel, Vanilla, Sea Salt, and Lactose. Dejected's indulgent dessert orgy will have you tinglin' from head to foot.

Follow Haka into the light. Haka is a pale 5.3% ABV Japanese-inspired lager with toasted rice that's been aged in a virgin Oak Foeder for two months. Haka's delicate floral effervescence allows the subtle tannins, coconut, and pronounced vanilla character imparted by the Oak to float like a luminous apparition.

Truthlikeness is a most triumphant IPA summoned in partnership with the outstanding dudes of @cellarmakerbrewing. Perfection is bogus, but in the spirit of verisimilitude, it is reasonable to declare Truthlikeness a potion of historical excellence. It's a 6.8% ABV West Coast IPA with some very fragrant notes of white grapes, plump raspberries, citrus, and a whisper of pine from its stellar Nelson, Strata, and Centennial hops. Its bitterness is smooth and non-heinous, so you can party without doing egregious damage to your pallet.

Dissipating Fog has revealed the shape of beer to come. Dissipating Fog West Coast IPA was forged in alliance with our co-conspirators at Altamont Beer Works to expand the cult of clear beer. This Citra, Simcoe, and Enigma hopped 6% ABV agitator has an intense profile of oranges, melons, and over-ripe tropical fruit. Dissipating Fog has the juiciness of an IPA from the Puritan coast, but it eschews the murky haze in favor of an unholy bitter bite and a crisp, clean finish.

Holy Crap! We hope this wasn't the week you decided to take a break from drinking. Goop Therapy Hazy IPA is a much-needed dose of sludgy reassurance. This 7% ABV professional has additional support from our trusted confidants Waimea, Rakau, and Nelson. Let the affirming waves of Pineapples, Nectarines, and Citrus ease your troubled mind. Locrian is an old school West Coast Pale Ale with Cascade and Centennial hops. This 5.5% ABV classic has a foundation of toasty bread and cereal balanced by floral notes of Grapefruit and pine. This one goes out to the folks who like beer that actually tastes like beer.

M.O.G. is our new best friend. This Mango, Orange, and Grapefruit Kettle Sour is the light, refreshing dose of levity we need right now. M.O.G. is a wholesome 5.5% ABV and just tart enough to make its fruity flavors pop.

2020 wouldn't be complete without Locust. Locust is a 6.8% ABV West Coast IPA with a destructive mass Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops. It will swarm your palate with notes of Lime and Papaya. Locust's ominous buzz won't stop twitching in the wrinkles of our brain reserved for primal fear.

Party Crasher Double IPA is gonna bring down the house. This 8.5% ABV West Coast DIPA is a Strata, Mosaic and Simcoe hopped monster that can barely masque its strain of insidious yet poetic mayhem. Party Crasher is both resinous and tropical, with bitter notes of Strawberries, Honeydew, and Citrus. Are you ready for Party Crasher's cold hard facts?

The arrival of Monkey's Paw Juicy IPA is probably a good omen, right? This 6.66% ABV all Mosaic IPA has enchanting notes of stone fruit, berries, and citrus. M.O.G. is a Kettle Sour with Mango, Orange, and Grapefruit. M.O.G. is so light, fruity, and effervescent; it's easy to forget there's 5.5% of the good stuff in there too. ... Party Crasher Double IPA is an 8.5% ABV West Coaster with Strata, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. Party Crasher masques its bitter intent with notes of Strawberry, Honeydew, Citrus, and Pine. The sweet, complex maltiness isn't overly heavy, and the finish is dry, with pleasing notes of roasty bitterness and oak tannins. Don't stare into the abyss; drink from it.

Open wide for Hellmouth Hazy Double IPA. Hellmouth's 8.7% ABV and gluttonous quantities of Mosaic, Centennial, and Amarillo give us that warm fuzzy feeling. Its disarmingly gentle notes of sweet oranges, nectarines, and berries will lure you onto a path of rapid descent.

Three more ways to leave this world behind... Verlust is the abyss we can't stop staring into. Verlust is a 5.4% ABV Schwarzbier aged in oak barrels. The voyage begins with sweet malty notes of chocolate and coffee, but the finish is dry, with pleasing hints of roasted malt and oak tannins. Hellmouth Hazy DIPA would be happy to deliver you at the threshold. Hellmouth is a daunting 8.7% ABV Double IPA with Mosaic, Centennial, and Amarillo. It has gentle notes of sweet oran...ges, nectarines, and berries for your idle hands and wicked mouth. Helles Awaits is our favorite thirst slayer. Helles Awaits is a 4.9% ABV Helles lager with a soft honey-like maltiness, mild floral hop balance, and crisp finish that keeps us going back to the fridge. Tomorrow has been a long time coming! Trial By Water is the very first release of what we've dubbed our West Town Biers- a series of rustic wild ales fermented and aged in oak with our house culture. Above are bright flavors of pineapple, lychee, mango, and grapefruit. Below are the earthy aromas of a barnyard or basement. Trial by Water is a combination of new and old-world- fresh Strata hops still wet from the bine and dry Belgian-style ale with all its alluring complexity. Trial By Water is dedicated to those tried for witchcraft in the late 16th and early 17th centuries. Zymurgy and witchcraft have a long entwined history, and Trial by Water is a small debt of gratitude to the outcasts and misfits whose craft we are honored to help keep alive.

Coffin Juice Hazy IPA hasn't been enjoyed outside of our dungeon in a year, but we thought we'd drain a couple of vessels in honor of Devil's Night. Coffin Juice is 6.66% ABV and combines old school West Coast hops with new school slurry for a special je ne sais quoi. There are some serious stink lines of passionfruit, grapefruit rind, and pine rolling off its thick, nourishing body. Bone Appétit!
