I can't tell you how many times I have had to file a bankruptcy for a client as a result of a car accident. Either the plaintiff was coming after my client who was uninsured or underinsured or the defendant who was at fault committed a hit and run or had insufficient coverage. Make sure that you and your loved ones are protected. You wouldn't depend on a stranger to protect you, so why would you depend on their insurance?
