We specialize in commercial and tenant revisions, which often require new concrete foundations. From redoing walkways for corporate office buildings to pouring new concrete at Oracle Arena, we are experienced professionals who ensure our work is of the highest quality every time.

We're experts in building and renovating public works and playgrounds. From plan to demolition to excavation to installation, our team handles it all.

We had the pleasure of building the prefabricated Sprung Structure for this Division Circle Navigation Circle Center in San Francisco. The Navigation Center provides 186 beds and extensive support services for those experiencing chronic homelessness.

Meet Erick! Erick has been a part of our G&G Builders team for 20 years now, working as our Site Supervisor. His supervision and organization ensures our team has everything they need to work safely and efficiently. As a licensed general contractor himself, Erick has acquired a ton of experience in most of the trades. Erick has played an integral role in the growth and sustainability of our company over the past two decades, and we're thankful for his hard work and dedication to our team!

Meet AnaLisa! Our office manager, AnaLisa, has been with G&G Builders for almost three years, taking on our accounting, contracts, and administration. We are so thankful for her dedication and hard work on our team! Meet Tom! Our project manager, Tom, began his career as a CAD detailer and gained over 15 years of commercial construction experience before joining our team. As the newest member of G&G Builders, Tom is excited to immerse himself into the impactful and detailed projects we have in store for 2021 and the years to follow. His organization and communication skills have already been a huge asset to our team. We might be a small company, but we're doing big things!

As we charge into a new year, we expect that the construction industry will pivot according to the needs of our society, whether it’s providing more housing for the homeless or creating safe spaces during a lockdown. Most contractors will give you a quick estimate, but ours can take up to a week, sometimes even longer. Why is that? Read about it in our latest blog article!

Larry Sullivan Park in the City of Tracy is getting a total makeover. The playground area will include new age-specific play structures and equipment, multiple shade structures, and new ADA access ramps that make play areas more useable for children with disabilities. Hooray for making upgrades that really matter!

At G&G Builders, we specialize in commercial tenant revisions. We have resourceful ideas and quality workmanship, and we finish our jobs on time. We’re still here working hard and safely on all our projects! Tenant improvement for Zygo Corporation in Lakeside.

Over the years, Fitness 19 has become a longstanding client of ours. We've added group fitness rooms, renovated locker rooms, and completed other tenant improvements for many of their locations throughout the Bay Area. It's relationships like these that testify to the high quality service and work we provide.

The City of Sacramento has been taking significant steps toward combatting homelessness, and we're honored to be a part of it. A couple months ago, we partnered with Sprung Structures to build the city's first-ever Navigation Center on Meadowview Road to provide housing for 100 women experiencing homelessness. As soon as we wrapped up that project, we started working on a second Navigation Center along the W-X Freeway near downtown. We're big fans of Sprung Structures, as well as their core values and corporate social responsibility efforts. You can read more about how these Navigation Centers are playing such a huge role in alleviating the homelessness crisis in our newest blog post.
