There isn't a lot to shout about at the moment but if you love your Irish & golf then this might just be a day for you in Murrieta at Rancho California GC. Paddyshackers! Saturday March 13th is on! Our St Patrick's Day tournament will be our biggest and best yet with over 100 golfers enjoying a fabulous day of golf and entertainment Irish style. The day will include golf,, range balls, Jameson shot buggy, longest drive (2), nearest the pin on 3 holes, putting com...petition, buffet dinner at the Shamrock, Prize giving Bagpipes & live entertainment. The event will be a 4 team scramble with a shotgun start at 9am. The tournament will be split into two categories. 1.The Masters That is anyone with a team that has 2 or more with official handicaps or 2. The Hackers Golfers that are just there for the social occasion and fun! Price is $400 per team ($100 each) and $110 per person if you want to enter individually and be partnered up. Hard to imagine that this picture is 8 years old this week and was featured in the local press at the time! Who knew that 2020 would take the Shamrock to the very edge of survival and you can rest assured we will battle through this to make sure our 9th anniversary will be our biggest and best yet! We hope you are all doing great and keeping well during these testing times. Well this happened yesterday at The Shamrock - Irish Pub & Eatery and we take it as a sign that things are going to get better and that pot of gold will appear at the end of the rainbow. We all miss live Irish music and at this moment God knows what 2021 will bring. The Shamrock is absolutely delighted to tell you we aim to be opening our doors this coming Wednesday May 27th at 11am & closing at 10pm. Over the next few days we are putting together our safe reopening plan & implementing training to staff to ensure we achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for all our customers and staff. ANNOUNCEMENT It is with a heavy Irish heart that we have to inform you of the cancellation of this years inaugural Get Shammered 2020. Unfortunately right now we can't ensure that a large event in September will be safe and regrettably we have arrived at this decision now as some bands were traveling to Murrieta from other states and even Canada. Of course this is just a blip and in 2021 we look forward to hosting our debut event as only the Irish can! For everyone t...hat purchased tickets Purplepass will issue a full refund of the ticket price, regrettably they cannot refund the booking fee as this is swallowed up in credit card charges. We are truly sorry to cancel the event and 50% of capacity was already sold and we know Get Shammered was going to be a complete sell out!
