Tomorrow I might do his organic wine and organic dinner. I had a Maldivian cooking class yesterday and the chef had great knife skills. One of the most interesting classes was a chocolate presentation. One of the photos is the interior of a cocoa pod. It actually has a fleshy fruit around the shell w...hich is like mangosteen.
