VIDA, our Diversity Network Association for Latinx professionals chaired by Blanca Batlle, has hosted a series of #HispanicHeritageMonth events aimed at bringing together employees to celebrate and remember the histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic Americans. Earlier this month, VIDA hosted a panel on career risk taking as part of their efforts to foster belonging through promoting professional success and growth.
