A big THANK YOU to our tenants at our various properties who participated in the ShakeOut Earthquake Drill today. It is a perfect opportunity to practice how to protect ourselves.

The Gelb Scholarships for 2020 have been awarded. 82 students who required financial support in pursuing higher education, received $1000 each to be applied to the purchase of books, equipment, tuition, etc. All students will be attending (currently virtually) a College, University, or Trade School in the San Fernando Valley this fall. We are so grateful to the High School and College Counselors who assisted in spreading the news and providing 'hands-on' help with the a...pplication process. 2021 is around the corner, and we look forward to once again supporting the students of the SFV. The Gelb Foundation congratulates these wonderful young people and we look forward to hearing the success stories of their educational endeavors. Our talented landscape crew has created a beautiful landscape at our Airport Business Center and RMG Hathaway Building located at 7100 and 7120 Hayvenhurst Ave., Van Nuys. The new plantings pair beautifully with the fresh new color design of the buildings.

Congratulations to Rickey Gelb, an 'Icon of Influence'. Rickey has been among the annual list of 200 most influential leaders many times. On July 21, 2020, he was honored as the San Fernando Valley Business Journal for the first time selected its choices for the top 20 people within the 200 to be recognized as 'Icons of Influence, which speaks to the positive influence these leaders have had and continue to have in the broader region.
