Going to the quicky lube instead of making an appointment for service almost cost this customer an engine. Oil leaking from oil pan, drain bolt loose. Don't let this happen to you, GDA can make most appointments around our customer's schedule.

Another victim of Do it Yourself A\C charging. Freon in a can supplied by parts stores generally has stop leak in them. The stop leak can cause major damage to... your A\C system and is not recommended by the vehicle manufacturers or by the professional automotive trade industry. This customer is going to have to shell out big $$$ to replace all components in the a\c system to get rid of the sealant. DIY A\C kits should be banned. See more
