Our next Gatsby's After Hours menu is inspired by Italian Cuisine. Please post on here to let us know how many spaces you want to reserve for dinner. Spaces are limited and can get filled up quickly. Dinner is $30 a person for a 4 course meal. Fountain Drinks are included. Beer and wine is additional. The food will come out in four courses at the same as everyone else so please be on time. Date is Monday February 17th at 6:30pm... This will be our menu for our night ~First Course~ Shrimp and Mussel Puttanesca Soup ~Second Course~ Pickled Celery, Spiced Almond Soil, Gorgonzola and Date Puree Salad ~Third Course~ Roasted Quail, Arugula, Mushroom Risotto, with a Zinfandel Coffee Reduction ~Fourth Course~ Vanilla Panacotta, Lemon Marmalade and Almond Cookie Hope you can make it! Waking from our hibernation... we are going to be starting our Gatsby's After Hours Dinners Again! Our first will be a Winter Menu ~First Course~... Apple-Celery Root Soup with Crispy Pancetta, Shallots and Chive Oil ~Second Course~ Cured Sockeye Salmon, Fennel, Bed of Greens with Citronette and Ruby Supremes ~Third Course~ Braised Lamb Shank, Potato Puree, Roasted Heirloom Carrots, Balsamic Cippolinis ~Fourth Course~ Butter Cake Layers, Pomegranate Mousse, Pomegranate Gelee and Crème Fraiche As always this dinner is by reservation only and is limited so please make your reservation by responding to this invitation with the number of your party.
