A COVID-19 update: Hello everyone! While we do see increased retail activity in the downtown Joshua Tree commercial strip and surrounding areas, we at Joshua Tree Art Gallery and Gallery 62 are committed to staying closed until we are in the red tier vs. our current purple tier as outlined by California Department of Public Health guidelines. Believe us, we want to be open every bit bit as much as our artists and patrons want us to be, but our operating structure and gallery... spaces do not run in the same manner as other galleries, museums or retail gift establishments might. The Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council’s primary concern is the health and safety of our members and the larger community of artists and visitors. Until we can resume a full schedule of shows, our modified programming we still aim to catch the eye of a passersby and shift their current outlook to one of inspiration and intrigue. Stay positive, stay safe and continue to make and appreciate art. Thanks for supporting us!

We've received some great work so far and we have room for more! Take part in our annual HOLIDAZE sale. This year the MBCAC is switching things up due to health concerns caused by the pandemic. HOLIDAZE will be a virtual exhibition and for artists interested your work can also be part of a changing window display at JTAG. Due to our county still being in the widespread COVID-19 infection tier we cannot schedule regular gallery hours. Don’t let this discourage you from sharing... your artwork and fine craft items as we all adapt this holiday season.
