I love all ...of my clients but this transaction was "full circle" and a very special one for me. I have helped hundreds of people purchase a Toll Brothers home as a sales person working for the builder and seller Toll Brothers. This was my first time that I got to represent the Buyers on a Toll Brothers home purchase. With that said, I was able to give my clients all the insight I had from my 16 years of experience and knowledge in new homes sales. Some builders will have great teams working for them, but remember that the sales staff will always represent and work for the seller. Having a REALTOR on your side can save you money, give you more confidence in dealing with the builder and will not cost you anything extra out of pocket. Also, be sure to have the realtor accompany you when you go to the community for the first time. This will ensure that the builder will recognize and cooperate with your REALTOR. If you go in for the first time without your realtor with you, there are no promises they will allow you to have one. With that said get the service and representation you deserve!
