#throwbackThursday: Nicholas is a young gymnast who was previously seen for patellofemoral pain syndrome, a condition in which the cartilage under the kneecap is damaged due to injury or overuse. This is often seen in athletes, primarily adolescents. Under Karen’s care, Nicholas practiced exercises that strengthened his technique as well as improved his core stability. We are proud to see what Nicholas has accomplished and we look forward to seeing him in the Olympics one day!

Just finished working on "The Last Ship" at the Ahmanson and now working on "Escape to Margaritaville" (this one thanks to NeuroTour). Always fills my soul to help performers do what they love to do. Act, sing and Dance!!
