Every once in a while the workplace just needs a makeover. That's what the Oakland Athletics were thinking when they called Furniture Medic in to beautify their boardroom! They decided on a new color scheme and had built-in shelving installed - then had us refinish the conference table, window sill and door to match. We stripped and sanded everything down to the bare wood, then stained everything with a color we mixed specifically based on the new shelving unit. A few good coats of sealer and satin finish later, and the whole room looks brand new! Having Furniture Medic come in and refinish the table and fixtures not only saved the A's money, it was also an environmentally friendly decision over replacement. We were thrilled to work with the team, currently first in its division and still going strong!

This coffee table was severely water-damaged by hoses during a house fire (many other pieces came in fire-damaged as well). FM was able to sand down the solid wood frame, stain and apply multiple coats of finish to make it look like new again!
