Sat Nam Yogis! You haven't heard from me in a while because I'm recovering from back surgeries in January. This is a lifetime issue for me and the reason I began yoga years ago. I have the usual spinal stenosis and have had multiple surgeries over the past 5 years. The most major was having a triple disc replacement in my neck and the fusion that goes with that, and the fusion of my lower back. I will be back teaching in a month or so. No, I don't do headstands or turn myse...lf into a pretzel! We do easy yoga for those will all types of issues at any age. Occasionally I may offer a challenging position and you can try it or not. New yoga times are Sundays at 11 and Thursdays at 6pm. I'll let you know when I'm back! And thanks to all who have been helpful during this crazy time.
