Emergency powers granted the Governor are of limited scope, when there’s no time for legislative action. This pandemic has been with us now for 10 months, yet none of his 58 emergency edicts have been approved by the legislature, which has had plenty of time to act.

I was going to let this go with a snarky Facebook post but the more I thought about it, the more I wanted to lay waste to the idea that somebody can get away with being such a total dickbag without response simply by virtue of a fancy title.

While I was busy getting the court records to break this story, the Register has opted to... give you little by way of new details and a lot by way of telling you how stunning and brave and bravely stunning Ahmad Zahra is in their puff piece downplaying the alleged battery.

This is why Zahra wants to "regardless" his way out of the blame game and ignore who got us into this mess - because the weasel doesn't want you to know that he endorsed and voted to put one of the very architects of our local financial misery BACK onto the council less than 2 years ago.

The City of Fullerton today admitted that they broke multiple laws in how they utilized Dropbox to illegally store what they claim are private and confidential files.

Yesterday the city filed their 88-page reply brief with the appellate court. Welcome to lawfare where we get to pay a lawyer to respond to this hot garbage and you, taxpayer friends, get to pay a team of bureaucrats and city lawyers to write it.
