#tbt to Miranda's 6 WEEK progress. Here's her story..... She was a former athlete that just got incredibly busy. It's not like her heart wasn't in the right place, it's just that life forced her to take more note of different priorities. Understandably, These other priorities distracted her from her health goals. She just needed a (consistent) nudge in the right direction. Not someone constantly judging her and looking over her shoulder, but someone who cares. That's the influence we strive to be. Just someone who cares. And we also happen to know what we're doing :).

We're all going through something, but you never have a valid reason to hang your head! You still have plenty to contribute. And helping others can be the best way to lift yourself up :)
